About The Position

We’re representing a high-growth AI healthcare startup tackling one of the largest bottlenecks in drug development: clinical trial recruitment and retention. By deploying AI-powered agents that autonomously engage, screen, and retain patients, this company is transforming how research sites and pharma organizations operate at scale. Backed by top-tier investors and already serving many of the largest players in the clinical research ecosystem, the company has established a dominant early position in a massive market. With strong revenue traction, high win rates, and a small, elite team based in San Francisco, the company is entering its next phase of growth. As a Business Operations Generalist, you will act as a force multiplier for the founding team, owning high-impact initiatives across customer deployments, go-to-market, operations, and strategy.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting (MBB), investment banking, or Strategy & Operations / BizOps at a high-growth startup
  • Experience owning and driving client- or customer-facing projects end to end
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to model, synthesize insights, and communicate clearly
  • Comfort operating across GTM strategy, pricing, marketing, RevOps, or partnership initiatives
  • General understanding of AI products and modern software systems
  • High ownership mindset with a bias toward action and execution

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred Background at a leading consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company
  • Prior experience building or improving operational processes for teams or customers
  • Entrepreneurial experience, including founder or early-stage startup exposure
  • Strong interest in healthcare innovation and applied AI
  • Willingness and enthusiasm to work fully onsite in San Francisco
  • Familiarity with healthcare, pharma, or life sciences environments is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the success of strategic customer deployments, directly influencing product adoption, operational efficiency, and revenue
  • Work closely with customers to gather insights and translate real-world feedback into actionable product requirements
  • Build scalable strategies, processes, and operating standards across core business functions including GTM, pricing, marketing, and RevOps
  • Design and implement operating models to support growth as the company scales
  • Develop and manage ecosystem and network partnerships to unlock new growth opportunities
  • Tackle ambiguous, mission-critical problems that sit at the intersection of strategy and execution
