About The Position

Frozen Ropes is seeking a Business Manager to help oversee and support the day-to-day business and operational functions of our Chester, NY facility while also contributing to broader organizational initiatives. This is a hands-on, multi-functional management position that combines business operations, administration, facility supervision, marketing support, technology, reporting, project management, and business development. The Business Manager will work closely with leadership to keep the organization organized, efficient, and moving forward. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, proactive, and business-minded professional who can manage multiple priorities, take ownership of projects, solve problems, and work comfortably across different areas of the organization. This person will also serve as a management presence during select evening and weekend operations, including tournaments and other high-volume periods. The position offers the opportunity to work directly with leadership, contribute to meaningful business initiatives, and take on increasing responsibility within an established and growing sports organization.

Requirements

  • Strong business and organizational skills
  • Comfortable taking ownership of day-to-day operational responsibilities
  • Ability to confidently interact with staff, coaches, customers, vendors, and leadership
  • Comfortable serving as a management presence during evening and weekend operations
  • Ability to remain organized and professional in a busy, fast-paced facility environment
  • Understanding that some of our busiest business periods occur outside of traditional weekday hours
  • Flexibility and willingness to adjust schedule based on tournaments, events, and operational needs

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate day-to-day business operations and administrative functions
  • Supervise facility operations during key programs, events, tournaments, and high-volume periods
  • Serve as a management presence during select evening and weekend operations
  • Ensure programs, tournaments, events, and facility activities run smoothly and according to schedule
  • Coordinate with coaches, instructors, staff, customers, and vendors to address operational needs
  • Identify operational challenges and develop practical solutions
  • Assist leadership with operational planning and special projects
  • Track projects from start to finish and ensure follow-ups and deliverables are completed
