The successful Business Operations Coordinator thrives on organization, attention to detail, and collaboration across departments. The incumbent has strong administrative skills in the preparation of estimates, proposals, management support, adherence to standards, vendor management, budgetary assistance, permitting, scheduling, purchasing, inventory, and document flow to support the smooth operation of Sage Fence. Requirements

  • High School Diploma Required
  • 3+ years of related experience
  • Experience in processing Union payroll

Nice To Haves

  • Associates or Higher Degree preferred
  • Experience as a purchaser, buyer, or business coordinator a plus
  • Experience in construction / security industries are a plus
  • WeSuite and Sedona applications experience a plus
  • Previous estimating experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assists with review of proposals, quotes, and cost sheets to ensure proposals meet RFP/RFQ requirements
  • Assist field personnel in day-to-day coordination and management of field operational service ticket activities in Sedona
  • Assists with job management and change orders in the CRM tool, WeSuite
  • Manages daily/monthly Billing & AR/AP functions
  • Assists with office and administrative tasks as requested by the Vice President
  • Processes union weekly payroll, including monthly union reporting
  • Maintains organized and orderly documentation of all projects
  • Assists with subcontractor coordination as needed
  • Assists with reporting on the completion of jobs and projects
  • Builds and maintains Vendor relations and manages parts list and pricing
  • Builds relationships with internal departments and customers
  • Maintains confidentiality at all times
  • Abide by all company safety standards
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screenings (drug, background, and driving history)
