About The Position

The Business Operations Coordinator provides routine administrative and clerical support to the General Manager and leadership team. This role helps ensure the efficient day‑to‑day functioning of the office by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and handling general administrative tasks. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of administrative or office support experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication skills
  • Previous experience supporting leadership preferred
  • Familiarity with basic office and administrative procedures
  • Valid driver license

Nice To Haves

  • Associates degree in business or related field, preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily administrative support to the General Manager
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Prepare, format, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Answer phones, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings
  • Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and distribute follow‑up materials
  • Assist with internal communications as directed by the General Manager
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics when needed
  • Support basic data entry and reporting tasks including maintaining weekly key performance indicators.
  • Assist with other clerical or administrative duties as assigned
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for visitors, vendors, and internal employees
