About The Position

This role is a 100% FTE, full-time position on the day shift, Monday through Friday. The consultant will work at the UW Health SwedishAmerican Hospital and will be responsible for various aspects of business operations within perioperative and robotic services. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
3 years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare operations, business planning, program management, financial analysis, performance improvement, or related fields.
Experience in cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders without direct reporting authority.
