This role involves assisting businesses with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes, organizing job fairs, hiring events, and employer presentations, and monitoring employer satisfaction to improve placements. The ideal candidate will have a customer service background with strong relationship-building and consulting skills. Travel to events and employer meetings across the county region is required.
