About The Position

The Business Operations Associate will support equipment, systems, and day-to-day manufacturing operations within a GMP cell therapy facility. This junior-level role works closely with Manufacturing Operations, Facilities & Engineering, Technical Services, Quality, Supply Chain, Automation, and Validation to help maintain equipment readiness and manufacturing continuity. The position may also support manufacturing inventory activities, material availability, inventory discrepancy resolution, equipment transfers, 5S activities, and Operational Excellence initiatives.

Requirements

• Associate degree, or 1–3 years of relevant experience in a GMP-regulated biotechnology or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment or related scientific or engineering field
• Manufacturing operations or manufacturing-support experience in a regulated environment
• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
• High proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Lean process knowledge
• Flexibility to adapt to changing work environments and schedules, including weekend and holiday support as required
• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
