Business Operations Associate, Temp to Perm

TNT GrowthMiami, FL
$50,000 - $90,000Remote

About The Position

This role will start as a 1099 contractor for 90 days and then have the opportunity to go full time. The role is open to US, Canada, and Western Europe ONLY. About TNT Growth TNT Growth is a performance marketing agency operating at the intersection of growth strategy, paid media, and creative production for DTC and B2B brands. We’re a remote-first team of 30+ people running on EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) and building the operational infrastructure to scale. About This Role We’re hiring a Business Operations Associate to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role has two phases: Phase 1 (Weeks 1–12): You’ll serve as interim operational coverage during a planned leadership leave, working directly with the CEO and department leads across finance, people operations, and company operations. This is a high-trust, high-visibility period where you’ll keep critical business functions running smoothly. Phase 2 (Ongoing): Once the leave period ends, the role transitions to its permanent scope — owning the day-to-day of people operations support, project management, operational reporting, and cross-functional coordination. If the contract goes well, you convert to full-time with an expanded seat on the business operations team.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in business operations, office management, people operations, or a similar generalist role
  • Experience working with payroll platforms (Gusto preferred), project management tools (ClickUp preferred), and financial tracking systems
  • Strong spreadsheet skills and comfort working with financial data (cost trackers, forecasts, invoice reconciliation)
