Requirements

3-6 years in business operations, finance, consulting, or a high-growth startup.
Strong data analysis and Excel skills, with experience interpreting and working with financial data.
Comfort building tools with LLMs.
Ability to distill operational complexity into clear insights with actionable takeaways for all company stakeholders.
Structured thinker who can break down ambiguous challenges, find practical solutions, and drive execution.
Strong people skills, with the ability to build relationships and earn trust quickly.

Nice To Haves

SQL skills
Familiarity with CRMs (i.e. HubSpot)

Responsibilities

Operate day-to-day to understand and build processes by learning through doing.
Build mission-critical business processes (e.g., recruiting, product analytics, deal desk) from scratch, treating each as a product with a v1 launch and subsequent iteration.
Clarify decision-making by analyzing data, identifying trends, instrumenting dashboards, and reporting to key stakeholders.
Partner with executive stakeholders across Engineering, Product, and go-to-market teams to connect dots and unblock cross-functional dependencies.
