About The Position

The Business Operations Analyst will provide business operations support, coordinate the Outside Service (O/S) budget, Statement of Work (SOW) lifecycles, and vendor management. This role requires a detailed, logistical approach to leading service contracts within our systems, ensuring alignment to requirements and targets. The role is within the Supply Chain Silicon Operations Team.

Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree in a related field
  • Expertise in financial operations, including fiscal year planning, budget oversight, headcount management, contract applications and expenditure management. Ability to align operational spending with silicon program performance targets.
  • Experience owning the lifecycle of multiple simultaneous contracts. Adept at navigating multi-functional dependencies, ensuring operational continuity, and implementing governance.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship leadership skills. Ability to influence multi-functional partners and communicate new concepts to both technical and non-technical leadership.
  • Strong critical thinking and pragmatic judgment. Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, leading shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all aspects of team Statements of Work (SOWs) within C-Worker, from initial fiscal year setup to ongoing amendments and modifications.
  • Lead quarterly staff planning processes to ensure meticulous budget alignment, and accurate forecasting.
  • Provide end-to-end management of Outside Service (O/S) budgets and contracts.
  • Serve as the main interface between external vendors and SiOps management, translating staffing requirements into actionable Outside Service (O/S) support strategies.
  • Drive continuous improvement through structured Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), supervising service quality and identifying strategic opportunities for optimization.
  • Partner with Global Procurement Services to ensure Silicon Operations maintains a high-performing supply chain support model.
  • Identify and implement process improvements between hiring managers and Outside Services (O/S).
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training and documentation to ensure hiring managers are fully equipped to navigate procurement processes and complete their operational responsibilities effectively.
  • Deliver clear communication, ensuring all interested parties are aligned on expectations, compliance standards, and program results.
  • Partner with the SiOps Chief of Staff to lead operational initiatives, ensuring the organization scales effectively to meet Cisco’s growing demand.
