ShotVet is looking for a smart, driven Business Operations Analyst to work closely with our leadership team and help keep a fast-growing, multi-state company organized, efficient, and moving forward. Requirements

• Recent graduate or 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, business analytics, data analytics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and financial data and turn it into actionable recommendations.
• Help manage inventory planning across our operating regions.
• Coordinate fleet, technology, equipment, and other company assets.
• Prepare weekly KPIs and leadership scorecards.
• Research vendors, contracts, and business opportunities and make recommendations.
• Coordinate projects across departments and with outside partners.
• Build and maintain processes that help the company operate more efficiently.
• Take ownership of special projects from initial research through completion.
• Follow up relentlessly to make sure priorities keep moving and nothing falls through the cracks.
