About The Position

This role focuses on driving operational efficiency and data integrity across regional logistics and performance systems. The primary mandate includes auditing multi-system workflows and managing logistical escalations across cross-functional partners. By synthesizing field metrics into high-level insights, this position strengthens executive decision-making and quarterly compliance standards.

Requirements

• High proficiency with Artificial Intelligence tools and automation to optimize workflows and drive operational performance
• Strong analytical rigor with experience evaluating performance metrics, headcount trends, and operational data
• Process discipline with strict adherence to standard operating procedures and data auditing
• Professional communication skills to collaborate effectively with regional management, support teams, and executive leadership
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience in operations, process automation, and data analytics
• Experience with AI tools, workflow automation platforms, and data analysis software

Responsibilities

• Leverage AI tools, process automation, and data analytics to optimize internal workflows, reporting, and operational efficiency
• Audit multi-system workflows across multiple platforms to maintain zero-defect data integrity
• Manage logistical escalations and field assistance requests by coordinating between Regional Account Managers, support groups, and third-party partners
• Execute routine weekly and monthly regional audits, synthesizing field metrics into high-level insights for executive Monthly Performance Reviews and Quarterly Compliance Audits
