The Facilities Management Business Operations Analyst provides centralized financial analysis and benchmarking support for Facilities Management operations across the BHSF hospital system. The role is responsible for standardizing Facilities Management financial reporting, monitoring operating and capital expenditures, supporting budget development and forecasting, and validating systemwide benchmarks related to maintenance, utilities, staffing, contracted services, and asset management. This position partners with Facilities leaders, Supply Chain, Productivity Analytics and Finance to improve cost transparency, financial controls, and data-driven decision-making across the hospitals.
