About The Position

The Global Planning & Operations Group brings information systems, facilities, supply chain, logistics, and high-volume manufacturing together to drive the engine of our global business operations. We help Lam deliver industry-leading solutions with speed and efficiency, while actively supporting the resilient and profitable growth of Lam's business. As a Business Operations Analyst at Lam, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the Global Planning & Operations organization. Leveraging strong analytical methodologies, you will provide data-driven insights that enable decision-makers to address gaps, resolve issues, and achieve critical business objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field, with 7 years experience; or 5 years experience with a Master's degree; or Ph.D with no experience.
Seven (7) years of experience in business operations, operational performance management, program management, or a related role.
Excellent verbal and written communication with experience influencing stakeholders.
Demonstrated success working in fast-paced global working environment.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
Advanced analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support.
Proficient in Microsoft Power BI and other analytics tools

Responsibilities

Evaluate business performance across the Global Planning & Operations organization, assess business processes, and identify root causes of performance challenges.
Track and report operational performance against targets.
Lead regular operations reviews to ensure adherence to established KPIs.
Identify gaps and connect them to systems and processes.
Assess risks and highlight potential issues.
Provide clear, data-driven recommendations to leadership.
Communicate process gaps across local and global teams.
Drive process improvements across functions.
Ensure adherence to analytics standards.
Lead and coordinate complex cross-functional initiatives to completion.
