Requirements

  • 3+ years directly related experience - Knowledge of Business Office principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of customer service programs and products to assess customer needs.
  • Knowledge of and ability to use a personal computer and related software that meet department needs.
  • Knowledge of math to add, subtract, multiply, and divide and to perform the four operations with decimals and fractions.
  • Professional phone etiquette with the ability to relate interpersonally with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
  • Ability to handle emergencies and stressful situations.
  • Ability to prepare correspondence to customers using prescribed format and conforming to all rules of grammar and punctuation.

Responsibilities

  • Performs internal customer contact work in person or by telephone.
  • Responds to internal customers' inquiries and acts accordingly regarding operations construction or service work.
  • Practices extraordinary customer service in performance of duties.
  • Schedules the workload and appointments and prepares daily activity reports.
  • Responds to emergency inquiries and provides appropriate resolution.
  • Performs time administrator duties and HUB learning.
  • Makes travel arrangements and coordination duties with multiple internal and external customers and contractors.
  • Assists with coordination and support of multiple operations duties.
  • May handle confidential records or information.
  • Maintains department files and records and compose routine correspondence and prepares and coordinates work schedules.
  • Monitors and evaluates procedures and customer service given to internal and external customers.
  • Helps facilitate new technological and innovation changes for operational activities.
  • Perform other duties as requested or assigned.
