About The Position

This is a per diem/on call position (primarily on Fridays day shift and other weekdays as needed-no weekends). The Business Office Representative oversees trust management of residents, patients and clients. Assists centralized billing to post private pay charges for ancillary services and billing statements for specific programs related to ministry. Works with residents, clients, and patients offering superior customer service to the resident/patient in residential community. Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in Business/Accounting or 2 years of work experience (e.g., in banking, bookkeeping) can be substituted for each year of formal education (e.g., HS diploma and four years of work experience).
  • Notary certification within 6 months (180 days) of hire.
