About The Position

This role is crucial for ensuring accurate billing, robust resident account management, and efficient business office operations. Requirements

  • Experience in healthcare billing or business office management preferred.
  • Knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare and insurance processes.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior long-term care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage resident billing, accounts receivable, and collections.
  • Oversee Medicaid/Medicare and private pay processes.
  • Ensure accurate financial recordkeeping and reporting.
  • Collaborate with Admissions, Nursing, and Administration departments.
  • Assist residents and families with financial inquiries.
  • Supervise and mentor business office staff.
