The Business Office Manager is responsible for coordinating overall office management and business operations at the facility. This position oversees and is responsible for accounts payable and receivable, resident monies (including trust accounts), petty cash, and payroll, in addition to the supervision of a receptionist and/or office assistant. The Business Office Manager serves as executive secretary to the administrator while being a liaison in coordinating with other departments. The Business Office Manager assists the administrator in implementing all business operations according to policies and procedures and maintaining required hospital standards. This position requires the ability and desire to work with a diverse group of individuals in a respectful and professional manner.
