About The Position

Benson Heights Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Business Office Manager to play a vital role in the success of the facility. The Business Office Manager will support financial operations, human resources, payroll, admissions, and resident services, while helping ensure a positive experience for residents, families, and employees. Requirements

Skilled nursing facility experience required
Experience with healthcare billing, reimbursement, and business office operations
Leadership or supervisory experience
Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance processes
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business office
Manage billing, accounts receivable, collections, and financial reporting
Support payroll, human resources, and employee records management
Assist with Medicare, Medicaid, insurance, and resident trust processes
Coordinate admissions, census reporting, and resident account management
Supervise and support business office staff
Partner with facility leadership to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction
