The Business Office Manager provides leadership over the financial duties of the facility including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, benefits administration and resident trust. Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid is a must! Skills Needed Leadership: Guide, inspire, and support the office team to achieve high standards of accuracy, accountability and promote a positive and collaborative environment. Attention to Detail: Accuracy in documentation, record keeping, data entry, financial reporting and billing. Critical Thinking and Time Management: Address issues effectively by prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines and managing multiple responsibilities. Interpersonal Communication: Empathetic engagement with residents and families. Clear, effective communication with interdisciplinary teams. Conflict resolution and mediation skills. Collaboration: Works with and promotes collaboration among departments, professionals, consultants, and organizations including government regulatory agencies.
