Frontenac Surgery and Spine Care Center, a leading outpatient surgical facility dedicated to providing high-quality care and service-oriented environment, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Full-Time Business Office Manager to join our team. As a Business Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring smooth office operations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business or related business experience.
Thorough understanding of the insurance industry.
Knowledge of governmental regulations.
Maintains a high level of proficiency in computer applications.
Skills in exercising a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion and decision-making to achieve organizational objectives.
Skills in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with patients, staff, and the general public.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of management regarding fiscal policies.

Nice To Haves

Three years of management experience including three years in a health care organization.
Additional appropriate education may be substituted for two years of fiscal management experience.

Responsibilities

Exercises general supervision over business office staff directing all areas of credit and collections of the Surgery Center.
Plans, organizes and directs all aspects of the Business Office including the administration of all policies on accounting, insurance, internal controls, accounts payable, auditing of patient accounts, scheduling, admissions, medical records, and claims processing.
