This role supports both Business Office operations and Human Resources functions, while also supporting Concierge operations as needed, playing a key role in ensuring a positive experience for residents and employees alike. This is a full-time position with a primary focus on Business Office operations, while also providing support in Human Resources functions including recruiting, onboarding, payroll, and employee support. This role also supports Concierge operations, including participation in an on-call rotation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys working cross-functionally.
