This position manages resident billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll support, human resources administration, regulatory compliance, and administrative services while supervising the business office and concierge team. Working closely with the Executive Director, the Business Office Director helps ensure the community operates efficiently, maintains financial integrity, and delivers exceptional service to residents, families, vendors, and employees.
