About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a dedicated and energetic Business Office Director to join our team at Fremont Senior Living in Springfield, Missouri. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $62,000.00 - $72,000.00 annually, plus up to $4,000 in performance-based bonuses. The role involves directing and maintaining secure confidential human relations systems, leading grassroots recruitment efforts, and providing training and encouragement to all levels of staffing. Requirements

  • At least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • High school diploma, or equivalent.
  • Experience in human resources management, including payroll and employee training.
  • Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 12th grade proficiency.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to follow written and verbal directions and apply practical solving skills if needed.
  • Positive and energetic attitude.
  • Professional in appearance and conduct.
  • Comfortable sitting at a desk between four and six hours a day, as this position is sedentary.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds.
  • Must be criminally cleared.
  • In good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks.
  • Good physical health shall be verified by a health screening performed by a physician not more than six (6) months prior to or seven (7) days following employment.
  • Must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of health screening.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and maintain secure confidential human relations systems for the community, providing first-class customer service.
  • Responsible for grassroots recruitment efforts.
  • Work with Recruitment and department heads to find the best possible talent for open employment positions.
  • Ensure compliance throughout the hiring process.
  • Provide oversight, training, and encouragement to all levels of staffing at the community.
  • Set an example each day of Arrow’s core values.
