About The Position

Requirements

  • Skills and experience will determine base pay.
  • Must have been with the company for at least a year to qualify for naturalization advancement program.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the business office operations within a senior living community.
  • Support residents through Assisted Living services.
  • Partner with leadership and associates to ensure residents feel like family.
  • Participate in entertaining events and gatherings for residents.
  • Contribute to a home-like feel and overall comfort for residents and visiting family members.
