The Business Officer Clerk will cross train with phones, scanning, and serve as a backup for team members if needed. Manage inbound/outbound phone calls, scan, verify, and upload documents into the database, scan, maintain and manage internal files, and scan, audit and verify customer balances and over-dues. This role also performs clerical duties of scanning, maintaining, and retrieving of all records and work files.
