Requirements

  • Demonstration of our Core Values: Love, Kindness, Honesty, Goodness, Fairness, Respect.
  • Minimum high school diploma
  • Minimum of 1 year of accounting, bookkeeping or office experience
  • Typing and data entry skills
  • Use of computers and copiers
  • Filing skills
  • Payroll skills

Nice To Haves

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with Human Resources and Financial functions.
  • Wear many hats and be a great resource for both residents and team members.
  • Work with the Business Office Manager to ensure all financial information has been entered and accounted for appropriately to produce consistent and accurate financial reporting.
  • Provide administrative support and data entry.
  • Maintain accurate employee files.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports and summaries as needed or requested.
  • Manage Long Term Care insurance claims.
  • Order community office supplies.
  • Provide Reception/Concierge back up as needed.
  • Maintain professional confidentiality.
  • Perform other duties as specified by Business Office Manager and Executive Director.
