About The Position

UDR is hiring a Business Manager to join our operations team in Southern, CA. This position supports multiple properties (1500 – 2000 units) and offices out of 27 Seventy Five, our apartment community located in Costa Mesa, CA. This is a 4 – 5 month contract position.

Requirements

• 2+ years in property management or business operations.
• Proven success with collections, evictions, and delinquency management.
• Strong organization and excellent communication.

Nice To Haves

• OneSite experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect rent, manage utilities, post payments, and minimize delinquency.
• Prepare notices, manage legal files, coordinate with authorities, and attend court hearings.
• Process move-out accounts (FAS), handle banking deposits, and update month-end reports.
• Provide high-touch support to residents and resolve security deposit disputes.
