As the company continues to grow, we're seeking an experienced Business Manager to oversee daily office operations and help keep the business running efficiently. Requirements

Previous Business Manager, Office Manager, Operations Manager, or Administrative Manager experience within: Landscaping, Landscape Construction, Lawn Care, Green Industry
Hands-on experience using Aspire Landscape Software
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Spanish bilingual (English/Spanish)

Responsibilities

Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions
Utilize Aspire for: Scheduling, Job tracking, Estimating, Billing, Reporting, Workflow management
Coordinate communication between field crews, Project Managers, the General Manager, customers, and vendors
Maintain accurate job costing, contracts, work orders, and project documentation
Support payroll processing and employee onboarding
Provide exceptional customer service and timely follow-up
Help ensure projects and office operations remain organized and efficient
