As a Business Manager, you'll serve as a trusted strategic partner to executive leadership, ensuring key priorities, initiatives, and business objectives are aligned and executed effectively. You'll help connect people, processes, and communication across the organization while providing the insights, coordination, and leadership support needed to drive results. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 6+ years of professional experience in business operations, project management, or strategic support.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders on business initiatives.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience analyzing data and developing actionable insights.
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building abilities.
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
