Together We Grow – One Mission, One Team – With a Commitment to Serve About the Role Responsible for all business management functions supporting the contract, including finance, HR, contracts, subcontracts, and procurement. The primary focus is financial oversight—budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to both the Project Manager and corporate leadership. Manages contract data, deliverables, and compliance for federal and commercial contracts. Oversees the development and submission of proposals and requests for proposal (RFP) responses.

Requirements

  • Five (5) years of relevant experience, including specialized work in government contracting.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Service Contract Act (SCA), Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA), and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR/DFARS).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with work order systems such as Maximo preferred.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to maintain the ability to access the government worksite.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license and a safe driving record, in accordance with company policy, to operate vehicles or equipment as required for the position.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee finance, contracts, subcontracts, procurement, and supply chain at the project site.
  • Ensure accurate financial accounting (revenue, costs, payroll, budgeting, A/P & A/R) and advise the Project Manager.
  • Manage contract modifications, pricing updates, and subcontractor agreements.
  • Support subcontractor and vendor administration and compliance.
  • Analyze and improve operational procedures and workflow.
  • Manage office records and ensure compliance with records management policies.
  • Provide regular reporting to senior and corporate leadership.
  • Support HR functions, including onboarding and labor relations.
  • Oversee purchasing, order reconciliation, and timekeeping support.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Exercise supervisory responsibility to oversee daily operations, ensure task completion, and support overall contract performance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
