The manager will also handle a portfolio of service contracts and small to mid-size projects, driving change control, risk assessments, and client communications. Financial oversight, including P&L management, forecasting, and supporting bids, is crucial. The position also involves managing supply chain, vendor relationships, and championing safety and quality standards in compliance with Alberta OHS. Furthermore, the role requires coaching and developing field teams and collaborating with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success to achieve business objectives and represent operations in client interactions.
