About The Position

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Raytheon Global Patriot Finance team supporting the Kuwait and Bahrain Patriot programs within the Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS) Mission Area as an M4. The successful candidate will lead the management of cost control, EVMS compliance, Financial Forecasting and overall financial execution of Upgrade, Spares and In-Country Technical Assistance (TA) Programs. This unique position works closely with the Program Manager and in-country leads to support the TA and PMO staff operating in Bahrain and Kuwait through the RAYSEAS subsidiary. The candidate will lead and manage a finance team of 1-2 finance professionals. As the Business Manager, you will be a key member of the Program Leadership Team and will be responsible for leadership and influence of the various Raytheon Execution Teams along with forming partnerships with your external customer. The selected individual will be responsible for all aspects of the financial control including review of the financial forecasts, manpower reporting, development of the annual operating plan and long range plan, Earned Value reporting, EACs, funding analysis, proposals, negotiations and gate support. This position requires proactive leadership and significant partnership with Program Directors, Program Managers, and Technical teams to ensure alignment regarding strategy, operating and financial objectives. This position is being offered in a hybrid capacity (remote and onsite). Preferred candidates will be commutable to Tewksbury, MA. Relocation assistance is not being provided.

Requirements

  • Typically requires BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field & a minimum of 8 years finance work experience; OR an Advanced degree and a minimum of 5 years finance work experience
  • Experience with Estimates at Completion (EAC's) or similar systems
  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
  • Experience with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
  • Experience with Raytheon business systems, including SAP, BW, RPlan, PMX, EDIT+ or similar systems
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all aspects of the financial control including review of the financial forecasts, manpower reporting, development of the annual operating plan and long range plan, Earned Value reporting, EACs, funding analysis, proposals, negotiations and gate support.
  • Proactive leadership and significant partnership with Program Directors, Program Managers, and Technical teams to ensure alignment regarding strategy, operating and financial objectives.
  • Multi task and work on several different program issues concurrently
  • Provide thorough cost and schedule analysis
  • Coordinate the development Quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC)
  • Provide financial guidance and solutions to Program Team and Leads
  • Prepare finance charts for Program Management Reviews, monthly operating reviews, financial overviews and other reporting activities as required
  • Provide cost, schedule, financial analysis/reporting, funding planning, maintenance utilizing standard company tools and processes
  • Implementation and Maintenance of Earned Value Management
  • Support proposal development and program start up activities
