Capital One Business Travel (COBT), the booking travel platform for Small/Medium Enterprises, as part of the Premium Products and Experiences (PPX) team, is one of the fastest-growing parts of the business, having grown ~300% YoY. The platform continues to see exponential growth and has an ambition to maintain 2.5-3.5x growth over the next few years. This role will work to develop and expand Capital One Business Travel’s holistic messaging and marketing strategy, in close partnership with Small Business Card product teams. Success in role will include building a holistic marketing strategy across the funnel, standing up COBT’s presence in new channels, and updating and elevating messaging to ensure we are connecting to different groups of prospective users to reach them at the right place, at the right time, with the right message. You will leverage a combination of user research, feedback, and data analysis to power these recommendations, balancing customer desirability and business growth. Two critical components of this role include expanding a triggered messaging strategy using customer analytics, and updating our marketing messaging (claims) across the customer journey to ensure that our messaging is resonating with prospective users.
