This role is for a Business Manager, Cardiac Imaging & Structural Heart, based in Kansas City or St. Louis. The Cardiovascular team at Johnson & Johnson is developing next-generation treatments for heart recovery, electrophysiology, and stroke. The Business Manager will be responsible for achieving sales goals in their assigned territory by driving the adoption of 2D and 4D intracardiac echocardiography in structural heart procedures, increasing market share, and developing the structural heart imaging market. This involves identifying new procedural opportunities, expanding ICE adoption, and transitioning workflows from TEE-dependent to ICE-guided procedures. The role requires building and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospital and Cath lab staff, and key opinion leaders. The Business Manager acts as the territory quarterback, indirectly leading a pod team including Ultrasound Clinical Account Specialists (UCASs) and partnering with Regional Business Directors (RBDs) to meet business objectives. The role involves managing all aspects of the customer group, influencing clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to support BWI ultrasound products, and approaching customer management from a total account perspective. This position is pivotal in developing and executing strategic sales plans, fostering customer relationships, and ensuring operational excellence, with a primary focus on leading the commercial pivot from TEE-dependent procedures to ICE as the imaging modality of choice. The role integrates Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives to inspire the team, uphold compliance, and impact patient outcomes and workflow efficiencies in structural heart. This role is adjacent to Electrophysiology and is key to expanding J&J’s leadership in Interventional Cardiology and Structural Heart.
