The Miami-Dade County Parks, Recreation and Open Spaces Department is seeking a highly skilled Business Management Systems Analyst to join its Strategic Technology Office. The candidate will possess extensive, hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI Dashboards and Dimensional models creation, and Dataverse, as well as demonstrated proficiency in Azure Synapse, SharePoint Online administration, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) pipelines. This role serves as the primary business systems administrator for departmental applications such as Parks Recreation Management System, and internally developed Power Apps supporting critical operational programs, including Zero Drowning, and other solutions. The selected candidate will be responsible for collecting requirements and maintain data integrity, troubleshoot system issues, and design integrated workflows and user-centric automation solutions that streamline operations while ensuring compliance with County CITD governance standards. The applicant will demonstrate analytical and process-engineering skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into automated, data-driven solutions. Responsibilities include designing and maintaining complex dashboards and executive reports using Power BI; coordinating with CITD, other county department vendors to implement and test system integrations; and providing documentation, training, and quality assurance to ensure system sustainability. Candidates should possess an understanding of data modeling, API integrations, and performance reporting frameworks, as well as experience developing technical documentation and Standard Operating Procedures.
