Requirements

  • Demonstrates comprehensive understanding of concepts and principles within own job family and knowledge of other related job families

Responsibilities

  • Manage the order fulfillment process from forecast, manufacturing slot request, booking closure and shipment for multiple customers or regions.
  • Escalate to Account Team management as needed to resolve booking or revenue issues.
  • Report on status of commitments including forecasts, tool issues, customer issues, and source inspections to Customer(s).
  • Initiate customer requested inside lead-time change requests for approvals
  • Prepare and execute demand planning reviews; size factory build plan for future customer orders
  • Manage employees and budget for multiple customers or regions
  • Recommend and implement business process improvements to increase efficiency
  • Manage special projects and key customer initiatives as required
