Business Management Internship
About The Position

We are looking for a Business Management Intern for the summer of 2027 who is serious about a career in food manufacturing, specifically within the confectionary industry. This internship offers the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and participate in the growth of fast-growing brands. As a Business Management Intern, you will work closely with Production Managers and the operations team to gain hands-on experience understanding the day-to-day responsibilities of a Production Supervisor. You will learn about innovation, creativity, goal setting, KPI measurement, analytical and critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and leadership.
Requirements
- At least a Junior in college pursuing a degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- The ability to dedicate 10-12 weeks to the internship program for the summer of 2027
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- The ability to work in a team atmosphere and be a great co-worker
- The ability to work on-site at our Perham, MN facility for the summer

- Work with the operations and continuous improvement teams to learn the business operation and the role of all supervisors and managers
- Manage people
- Collect data
- Attend meetings
- Check and test the quality of products
- Perform equipment inspections
- Conduct quality control checks
- Support all team members
