The Chief Client Office (CCO) is focused on providing a consistent Client Experience across all business lines and geographies, enabling enhanced Client Satisfaction, Revenue Growth and Business Line Success. The CCO function includes Sales, Partners, Relationship Management, Marketing & Communications and Business Management & Operations. DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee). The Impact you will have in this role: Being a member of the Chief Client Office (CCO) the Business Manager supports CCO by leading a wide variety of global activities by working with key internal partners. Find opportunities for process improvements and drive consistencies across the businesses by implementing changes that improve the organizations' efficiency. This Business Manager role will be primarily focused on providing single-threaded ownership of governance, prioritization, and delivery oversight across the Chief Client Office's most critical initiatives and client outreaches.
