The Chief Client Office (CCO) is focused on providing a consistent Client Experience across all business lines and geographies, enabling enhanced Client Satisfaction, Revenue Growth and Business Line Success. The CCO function includes Sales, Partners, Relationship Management, Marketing & Communications and Business Management & Operations. This Business Manager role will be primarily focused on providing single-threaded ownership of governance, prioritization, and delivery oversight across the Chief Client Office's most critical initiatives and client outreaches. The role involves leading a wide variety of global activities by working with key internal partners, finding opportunities for process improvements, and driving consistencies across businesses by implementing changes that improve the organization's efficiency.
