Northrop Grumman is seeking a Business Management Analyst for an internship opportunity. This position will be located at our Defense Systems Sector in McLean, VA.

Requirements

• Be a student who is enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university and will be enrolled full time in Fall 2027.
• Be majoring in or having majored in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or related field.
• U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite

Nice To Haves

• Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher (unofficial academic transcripts must be provided at time of application by uploading the documents to your application or profile)
• Data analytic skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for at least 10 weeks during summer 2027.
• Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)
• Must be able to work on-site in McLean, Virginia
• Demonstrated problem solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to work and collaborate as part of a team
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

Benefits

• Internship pay rates are standardized and take into account three main factors: the anticipated graduation date of the individual, the cost of labor of the geographic location, and whether the internship is considered technical or administrative.
• Bachelors: $24.00- $29.00 per hour
• Masters: $34.50- $36.00 per hour
