Northrop Grumman is seeking a Business Management Analyst for an internship opportunity. This position will be located at our Defense Systems Sector in McLean, VA. The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman’s Defense Systems Sector Business Management team. As part of this team they will have the opportunity to participate in one of the following key business management processes: financial reporting/accounting, financial planning & analysis. As part of the team, they will also collaborate with key financial stakeholders and our gain an understanding of financial systems and practices utilized by the sector.
Requirements
- Be a student who is enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university and will be enrolled full time in Fall 2027.
- Be majoring in or having majored in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or related field.
- Be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for at least 10 weeks during summer 2027.
- Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)
- Must be able to work on-site in McLean, Virginia
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to work and collaborate as part of a team
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

Benefits
- Internship pay rates are standardized and take into account three main factors: the anticipated graduation date of the individual, the cost of labor of the geographic location, and whether the internship is considered technical or administrative.
- Bachelors: $24.00- $29.00 per hour
- Masters: $34.50- $36.00 per hour
