Business Litigation Attorney - San Diego
About The Position
Klinedinst PC is seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and focused attorney to join our growing and dynamic team in San Diego. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of experience in general litigation (GL), business litigation, and/or financial services. Candidates must be California licensed with strong academic credentials and a passion for advocacy and finding creative legal solutions. The ideal candidate is ready to take initiative, independently handle cases, analyze/research complex issues, and has experience in structuring discovery plans, taking and defending depositions, managing document-intensive cases, drafting dispositive motions, and preparing for trial. Experience representing clients in the financial industry is a plus. A strong work ethic, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a focus on professional and personal growth are critical for success.
