About The Position

Join Hinshaw & Culbertson’s nationally recognized litigation powerhouse and work alongside a sophisticated Minneapolis team handling high-stakes, complex litigation matters to clients in a broad range of industries. You will be entrusted with a diverse and challenging caseload, assuming significant responsibilities from the outset.

Requirements

Must be admitted to the Minnesota Bar and in good standing
3+ years of litigation experience
Strong academics
Excellent writing skills required

Nice To Haves

Experience across a broad range of litigation matters, including disputes involving life, health, and disability claims under both ERISA and non-ERISA group plans and individual policies a plus

Responsibilities

Drafting complicated opinions, motions and legal memoranda
Conducting file analysis
Taking depositions
Interviewing witnesses
