We are seeking a midlevel litigation associate for the New York office with outstanding credentials and three to five years of experience in complex business litigation. The commercial litigation practice consists of the representation of a wide range of businesses and individuals in federal and state court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution venues. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collegial environment and work closely with experienced, collaborative practitioners on a local and national level.
Requirements
- Three to five years of experience in complex business litigation.
- At least one year of experience in a litigation position at a firm.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Superb written and oral advocacy skills.
- NY bar admission is required.
Nice To Haves
- Judicial clerkship experience is preferred.
