About The Position

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, with a focus on business lending. This role involves evaluating loan applications, managing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with lending policies and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business banking business development, credit and lending experience

Responsibilities

• Drives business development activity across a specific geography working with external referral sources as well as internal retail partners
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with business clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Evaluate and process business loan applications, including analyzing financial statements and credit reports.
• Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the loan application and approval process.
• Take on leadership roles on team initiatives and/or mentoring roles with both retail and business banking partners.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
