About The Position

Human Interest is a high-growth fintech company dedicated to ensuring that people in all lines of work have access to retirement benefits. We aim to make it affordable and accessible for small and medium-sized businesses to offer employees a path to financial independence through retirement savings. As the Business Lead, New Experiences, you will report to the VP, Experience and own a rotating portfolio of 0-to-1 initiatives. These initiatives will create new products, offerings, and revenue lines for Human Interest, ranging from extending the core 401(k) with new capabilities to opening new markets through partners and platforms, or developing entirely new product lines. Your mandate will be to focus on the current highest-leverage opportunity. In this role, you will transform strategic ideas into tangible products by building business cases, engaging with customers and partners, translating insights into requirements, and collaborating with the technology organization for development. You will also structure commercial agreements and lead go-to-market strategies, acting as the business counterpart to product and engineering during the build phase and to the GTM organization at launch. Once an offering matures into a run-state business, you will hand it off and move to the next opportunity. This is a hands-on role where you will personally handle strategy, research, requirements, and commercialization.
