As a Business Lead (Lead Digital Marketing Technology) on the Petivity team, you’ll be responsible for defining and owning the strategy and success of a product line. You will oversee the entire development cycle of a new IoT pet care product, from initial problem discovery to ensuring its market success. By working cross-functionally and with external agencies, you will have the opportunity to significantly impact the pet care industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and Master of Business Administration degree
  • 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager working on smart devices, including independent ownership of a product line that you managed from concept to delivery
  • 5+ years of experience working on technical products including connected products, artificial intelligence, and cloud computing
  • 2+ years of experience working in the pet care industry

Responsibilities

  • Develop product requirements and roadmaps based on consumer needs and corporate strategies.
  • Make tactical trade off decisions based on data and analytics around features, resources, and timeline.
  • Research market trends and stay up to date with competition.
  • Evaluate solutions provided by 3rd party design firm, provide educated point of view, maintain delivery quality and timeliness
  • Work closely with hardware, firmware, cloud, and AI teams to deliver product and features to market.
  • Develop and test hypotheses, track and analyze results.
