Requirements

Minimum of three (3) years’ experience creating and designing reports and dashboards
High school diploma or GED
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, or related field, or five (5) five (5) years’ experience with database report writing or five (5) years’ experience in a supervisory banking role
Experience with Cognos Report Studio or similar tools
Experience with Enterprise Workflow or similar tools
Ability to read and write SQL
Problem-solving, analytical skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to work with and effectively communicate ideas across business and technical groups
Care about your community and have a desire to be involved.

Nice To Haves

Previous banking experience
Strong database knowledge and an ability to validate results back against the database

Responsibilities

Work with business stakeholders to define reporting needs/requirements.
Create ad hoc reports for business as needed.
Provide guidance to less-experienced staff associated with report-writing applications.
