About The Position

The Techno Functional Analyst will work directly with leaders in IT, Accounting and Operations to deliver business solutions through application configuration/development as well as support activities. This is a hands-on role where the individual will be responsible for managing NetSuite as well as developing in conjunction with the application development team various applications and integrations in the surrounding ecosystem (e.g., billing, capital purchases, reporting, etc). This role will be a critical resource to the finance team, as a contributor, assisting with troubleshooting, making improvements enhancements, and providing recommendations. The Techno Functional Analyst will be part of the Application Development and Integrations team and will report directly to the Senior Manager of this department. Requirements

Requires a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with major course work relative to the field of assignment.
Requires five or more years of Application Development experience.
Requires two or more years of Netsuite Administrator experience.
Must have expert knowledge of software development and integrations platforms.
Must have considerable knowledge of application development platforms, such as Microsoft .Net Framework, SQL, and Oracle.
Must maintain knowledge of and perform according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies.
Must possess strong interpersonal, leadership, and team building soft skills.
Must have excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Must be capable of operating motor vehicles in all types of weather conditions.
Must be capable of effectively work with individuals at all position levels in the organization to identify, understand and communicate their business requirements.
Must possess strong organizational, customer service, and troubleshooting skills.
Must have the ability to import and export data using CSV, API's or other methods between NetSuite and 3rd party systems.
Must be able to keep information confidential.
Must be neat in appearance and well groomed.
Must be professional, detail oriented, self-motivated, innovative, creative, assertive, organized, communicative, and have the ability to work independently.
Must be able to work in a team environment and relate well to others.

Nice To Haves

Prefer a Master's Degree from an accredited college or university.
Valid United States Driver’s License
Prefer overseeing NetSuite integration, implementation and testing experience.

Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with global stakeholders to understand their business requirements, informational needs, and data sources, conduct requirements gathering sessions, meetings, and presentations
Translate business needs into a clearly defined and detailed business requirements document or user stories, inclusive of business use cases, acceptance criteria, process flows, traceability matrices as well as report mock-ups
Clearly document and articulate As-Is with To-Be business needs and be able to educate users on NetSuite system functionality/features and help bridge the gap on processes as needed
Design, build and deliver NetSuite solutions for optimizing the usability and functionality of the system including customization and configuration (via Suite Script 2.0, Suite Talk, Suite Flow, and Suite Cloud), integration and support case resolution.
Ensure systems integrations with NetSuite are built for scale to align with the growth of the company while maintaining accuracy and completeness of data flowing into NetSuite any other third-party systems
Stay ahead of the new NetSuite features and functionality and provide recommendations for improvements
Manage the planning and testing of all NetSuite releases
Investigate and resolve incidents and requests directly or engage the appropriate resources to assist
Maintain NetSuite security based on best practices and manage/customize user roles and permissions to ensure that access is limited based on job function
Assist in the maintenance of a roadmap for NetSuite improvements and enhancements
Liaise with vendors for efficient implementation of new software products or systems and for resolution of any adaptation issues.
Create and maintain workflows, based on business requirements
Collaborate with the third parties to complete the integrations between NetSuite and the third party software (e.g. Concur,Tipalti, etc)
NetSuite Administration, user setup, role definition and maintenance.
Create configurations and customizations of NetSuite to meet the business needs.
Provide on-going systems and technical support for the NetSuite system.
Assist in other areas as directed.
Performs other duties and projects as assigned by the Manager of Quality Systems Integration.
